A three coat system consisting of a prime coat, followed by a pigmented coat, and protected with a variety of options as a clear or pigmented topcoat.
Quartz System
The color quartz system offers slip-resistant, hygienic, and easy-to-clean flooring solutions. They can be installed in hot or cold climates, under tight deadlines, and over repaired concrete.
About Us
We’re a local, family-run business born and raised in Gig Harbor, and now we’re proud to be raising our two kids here too. Like many families, we reached a point where our family grew—but our house didn’t. Since parking in the garage wasn’t a priority, we decided to recreate our garage into a playroom for our kids, a small home gym for us, and a place for Austin to store all his bikes!
Once the walls and layout were done, all that was missing was the floors. That’s when we decided on the Decorative Chip system—a durable, easy-to-clean flooring solution that completely transformed the look and feel of our garage. It gave us a finished, functional space that we use every single day.
That one project sparked something bigger. We realized we could help other people do the same by helping them turn underused garages into beautiful and practical extensions of their homes. And that’s how Westside Epoxy was started.
Austin brings over nine years of industrial coating experience and five years in residential painting through his company, Westside Finishes. With his background, he saw that professional epoxy floor services were lacking on this side of the bridge and he’s excited to bring high-quality craftsmanship to the community we call home.
When we aren’t working on transforming spaces you can find us traveling in our camper, chasing our son around on his Stacyc, in the trails riding mountain bikes, or spending time with family.
