What Is a Quartz System?

A Quartz System is a multi-layer, high-performance flooring solution that uses colored quartz granules broadcast into an epoxy base coat. This creates a decorative and slip-resistant surface that’s tough enough to handle heavy traffic and moisture.

Our professional installation process includes:

  1. Concrete Preparation — Mechanical grinding ensures a strong bond between the coating and the surface.

  2. Prime Coat — The prime coat is applied to create a solid foundation.

  3. Quartz Broadcast — Colored quartz granules are evenly broadcast across the surface for texture, traction, and visual appeal.

  4. Cap Coat — An additional layer of resin is applied over the quartz to lock it in place and increase durability, ensuring the surface can handle heavy traffic and wear.

  5. Top Coat — A UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane topcoat locks everything in for a strong, seamless finish.

The result: a highly durable, non-slip, and professional-grade floor built for daily use.
