What Is a Flake Broadcast System?

A Flake Broadcast System combines three layers to create a seamless, durable, and visually stunning surface:

  1. Surface Prep — We mechanically grind the concrete to ensure maximum adhesion.

  2. Base Coat — An industrial-grade epoxy that bonds to your concrete for strength and longevity.

  3. Full Chip Broadcast — Decorative vinyl chips are fully spread across the surface, creating texture, depth, and a custom look.

  4. Protective Topcoat — A UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurea topcoat seals it all in, resulting in a surface that’s tough, easy to clean, and slip-resistant.

This system gives your floor a finished, high-end look without sacrificing performance.
